ABOUT ME
What makes me a plant whisperer? I’ve had a lifelong love of the botanical world and have been working with plants in various roles since 2003. I have qualifications in Natural Resource Management and Permaculture design. My experience is in native vegetation assessments, weed control programs, threatened flora monitoring and conservation, project management, revegetation, sustainability and waste management, permaculture, regenerative farming and edible gardens.

Do what you can with what you have now! You don’t need to have a blank canvas, there are plenty of small retrofits that can be made to save time, money, water and resources.

EDIBLE WEEDS WORKSHOPS
Learn how to identify plants with nutritional and medicinal benefits and how to incorporate them into your cooking.
This knowledge can be life-changing as many common “weeds” are more abundant and nutritious than hard to grow vegetables. Change your mindset to make use of weeds instead of trying to control them.
NATURE WALKS
Nature connection for knowledge and relaxation. Get to know the flora in your area or local bush reserve. Get involved in nature photography and know what you’re capturing! Can be tailored to your interests, group size and age. This is a great activity for kids!
